StairliftCheck.com (“StairliftCheck,” “we/us”) helps homeowners compare stairlift options and connects them with vetted installers and financing partners in the United States.


2) Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information from visitors and lead forms on StairliftCheck.com, our landing pages, and by phone/SMS/MMS. It covers US visitors; limited state-specific rights (e.g., California) are described below.

  • Contact & Identifiers: name, phone, email, address, IP, device identifiers.

  • Stairlift & Home Details: staircase type, floors, accessibility needs, installation timeline, budget.

  • Communication Data: call recordings/voicemails, SMS content, preferences (opt-in/opt-out).

  • Lead Attribution & Compliance: consent logs, TrustedForm/Jornaya tokens (if implemented), form timestamps, user agent.

  • Financial Pre-Qual (optional): whether financing is desired; no SSN or full bank info is collected on our site.
