How We May “Sell” or “Share” Information

We don’t sell personal information for money. However, we (and our vendors) may use cookies, pixels, and similar tech for analytics and interest-based ads, which some laws define as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” We also share your information with stairlift installers and financing partners to fulfill your request when you submit a form (see our Privacy Policy).

  2. Do Not Sell/Share Request (Forms & Accounts)
    Submit a request for us to stop “selling”/“sharing” your personal information (including ad tech identifiers across devices we store, where feasible):

    Provide your name, email, phone number, and the device/browser you use.

  1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
    If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser. No form is required.


What Happens After You Opt Out

  • Advertising cookies will be disabled (if you used Cookie Preferences or GPC). You may still see ads, but they should be less personalized.

  • We will record your preference and refrain from selling/sharing your personal information (as defined by applicable law).

  • If you clear cookies, use a different browser/device, or block the cookie banner, please repeat your opt-out.


Verification & Authorized Agents

We may request information to verify your identity (e.g., email or phone confirmation). Authorized agents must provide proof of authority and we may ask the consumer to confirm the request.


Sensitive Information & Minors

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a minor has interacted with our site, contact us at privacy@stairliftcheck.com.


Appeals

If we deny your request in a state that provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal” in the subject.
